   3 天前 · 香港餐飲聯業協會會長黃家和表示，賽事吸引市民留港消費，帶旺市面人流。 奧運開幕後首星期，餐飲業生意額上升約20%。 他預料奧運期間，整體生意額上升約15%，符合預期。 他說：「明顯看到香港市民晚間願意外出，可能大家想聚在一起討論賽事。 很多人5時許已在餐廳用餐，餐廳整體營業時間相應延長，尤其商場內食肆的生意更顯著上升。 即使市民留在家中觀賞賽事，業界也有得益，因為他們會通過外賣平台購買食物和飲品。 他指，外賣平台的生意在這段期間也錄得10%至15%升幅。 香港酒吧業協會主席錢雋永指，不少食肆晚上10時便關門，但部分賽事在本港深夜至凌晨舉行，市民遂轉到酒吧觀賽，令生意平均有約15%增幅。 他說：「尤其住宅區，有顧客因為寓所太小，怕電視聲浪太大會吵到家中小孩，惟有外出觀賽。
