We’ve started to consider the implications of AI-based tools for teaching and learning at HKU and plan to launch a broad-based campus debate involving both teachers and students.
Newer models have been implemented, and GPT-4 now supports 128k context input, while ChatGPT (GPT-3.5) supports 16k context input. EdUHK has adopted a chatbot-based large language model (LLM), using Microsoft Azure OpenAI service, that generates text in dialogue format so as to facilitate the University community to embrace the technology.
