2 天前 · Food question. Jun 6, 2024, 1:05 AM. When I was in Takayama, we went to a lovely cafe where we had tea and sake. The sake was served with a side of a barley miso concoction served on a spoon. It was remarkable! Does anyone know what this is called and if there is a recipe so I can make it myself.
