Tokyo to Shin hakodate hokuto station by Shinkansen (Hayabusa 13.. 9.36 am from Tokyo arrived on dot 1.33 pm ) . From there to Saporro 1.50 pm Hokuto 13 arrived at 5.30 pm .

I exchanged an order for the Hokuriku Area Pass (not the Arch Pass) but the process would be the same. 1) The exchange area is inside the gates, in the new part of the station (just before the shinkansen gates). I understand there is a direct limited express train from Shinjuku to Tobu-Nikko at 9.34am which arrives at 11.31 and a return train which departs at 16.39pm.
