Need advice on doing a 2 day trip from Kyoto to Mount Fuji area for 3rd - 4th June 2024. We get int from Kyoto on morning of day 1 and leave for Tokyo on evening of day 2. My friend and I don’t want to do an organized tour but I would like some help making some arrangements. In the past on other trips I have used local travel agencies to do this.

Our booking is flexible, so I am trying to determine whether to go to Miyajima as a day trip, or cancel one night in Hiroshima and book a night in Miyajima.
