3 天前 · 5 days Tohoku itinerary (need advice) May 23, 2024, 6:54 AM. Hi all. I am planning to travel to tokyo and tohoku region (with the JR east pass) in early-mid december or mid-late december. I did quite a bit of research but alas am still confused haha.

Had planned for Makomanai Takino Cemetry and later to Mount Moiwa... but weather god wanted to relax and chill out the day since tomorrow its going to be a Long Shinkansen day.

Can anyone advise on how to reserve for 2 people on the same itinerary sharing a room on the Kumano Travel system? Doesn’t seem to be a place to do this on their booking forms.
4 天前 · 14 posts. First time driving in Japan. May 22, 2024, 6:28 AM. Planning to drive from Nagoya Airport down south to Matsusaka, Ise and Toba in August. Is there anything I need to know? Like car rental (with English GPS)? Toll and passes? Are the road signs clear enough? Is it difficult to drive ? (We drive on the same side as Japan, so not a problem)

Also, how do you reserve for 2 people sharing a room? Do you each submit identical itineraries? I don’t see any place to indicate sharing a room on the forms….
