4 天前 · First tip to Japan this year, planning to go from end of September through October for just over 3 weeks. Itinerary at the moment is roughly as follows: Difficulty is working out trains and buses between the destinations. Whether a JR pass is now worth the extra cost, or all of the individual type of rail passes and then what they actually cover!

Can’t tell, - it depends on what other ailments you might have, and how long your doctor knows you, if you’ve ever used it before, etc. if I were you, I’d tell the doctor the specific situation and just see if they give it to you.
