Our rough draft itinerary looks like this - Tokyo x7 nights arriving late evening - Kanazana x 2 nights, Takayama x 3 nights, Kyoto x 4 nights. Hiroshima x 2.

Went to Osaka from Shin osaka ,Tokaido Sanyo line... and from osaka to Tsuruhashi by Osaka Loop line, Tsuruhashi to Kintetsu Nara Station by Kintetsu Nara line. We would like to do some hiking while we are there - likely a multi-day walk/hike like the Nakasendo Way or Kumano Kodo Trail.

My friend and I don’t want to do an organized tour but I would like some help making some arrangements. In the past on other trips I have used local travel agencies to do this.

5 天前 · 14 posts. First time driving in Japan. May 22, 2024, 6:28 AM. Planning to drive from Nagoya Airport down south to Matsusaka, Ise and Toba in August. Is there anything I need to know? Like car rental (with English GPS)? Toll and passes? Are the road signs clear enough? Is it difficult to drive ? (We drive on the same side as Japan, so not a problem)
