That leaves 3 nights/4 days to return from Hiroshima to Tokyo Narita for a 9.30 am flight out. I have traveled to many countries but have not done as extensive research as I have with Japan. It is my first time to travel to Japan (then Kyoto and Mt. Fuji) and I am super excited and a bit anxious.

I am in the very early stages of planning my itinerary in Japan and I am not sure if I an too much/too little time to any of the following place: Tokyo: 4 full days. Hakone: 1.5 days. Kyoto, including day trips: 5 days.

In November we'll be ending a 2 and a half week small group trip in Kyoto and want to explore Osaka for a day or so before going home. It looks like we can easily get there on the bullet train.
