2 天前 · 澳紐皇家內科醫學會（RACP）在昨天（5月23日）發表一項聲明指,澳洲一些主要藥物短缺的情況正影響本地一些最脆弱的病患者，包括患有神經發育障礙的兒童、寧養患者及一些性病患者。 該學會會長馬丁教授在聲明中表示：『澳洲藥物短缺的問題越來越嚴重，我們需要見到政府制定一項全面的政策，並就如何防止短缺以及如何在短缺發生時更好地管理有關的問題。 馬丁又形容，現時藥品分配不均和不足的情況影響了衛生醫療是否公平的問題，並表示，藥品短缺和藥物突然中斷生產，不單使患者未能獲得適當的治療，同時，亦加劇了擔心自己健康和生活質素的人的焦慮。 目前，醫藥用品管理局 (TGA) 經已列出420 種藥物屬於“供應短缺”，其中40種藥物亦將會在全國面臨嚴重短缺和停產的問題。
