Both companies have departures every other day (on alternating days), and the trip takes about 25 hours. Fares start at around 15,000 yen one way for second class.
4 天前 · Ebino Kogen (えびの高原, Ebino Kōgen) is a small town in the mountains of Kirishima just inside Miyazaki Prefecture 's borders. Ebino Kogen means "shrimp highlands" and is so named because in late summer the pampas grass that blankets the ground takes on a pinkish hue from iron in the soil, making the area appear to be covered in fields of shrimp.

Seems like all the trip planners will only work with you if you book everything with them. I am looking for help with guides and logistics.
3 天前 · I have just written to the Mandarin Oriental asking for a reservation for lunch on October 6th. Fingers crossed. Excitement today: I was successful in booking online 2 reserved seats tickets for the Jidai Matsuri in Kyoto on October 22nd.
3 天前 · JR Okhotsk limited express trains take about 5.5 hours for the one way journey between Sapporo and Abashiri. The one way fare is around 10,500 yen and is fully covered by the Japan Rail Pass. Special round trip tickets (known as R-Kippu), are available for around 17,500 yen.
4 天前 · I am applying for the Working Holiday Visa for Japan. I have mild epilepsy that is fully controlled with medication, it has been over 5 years since I have had any kind of seizure. I have checked and the medication I am on is approved and available in Japan.
