We got both hotels booked and both will accommodate our family in a standard room. Last time we went to Tokyo in 2019, we stayed in Ginza (but not HC). We liked it just fine.

This will be our splurge restaurant but we also don't want to spend $400+ per person. about $400, total for 2, wouldn't be bad. There's some wiggle room there is the sushi is phenomenal.
