2010年9月14日 · IPhone 4 is not avaliable in shops yet in HK. It is only avaliable on contract from the service providers and it is still a 2 to 3 weeks waiting list. I got mine on launch day here. The only place to get it sim free is online on the apple store in HK.

2018年5月23日 · You may be able to. Depends on what Apple's policy is. Long ago I was able to use my US faculty ID to get the discount in Australia. But that was 20 years ago. I would give it a try by asking at the store if they will accept your ID for the academic discount.
