Also uploaded a modified version for Mac and older Excel. Edit: v1.09 Fixes the same bug as 1.8 tried unsuccessfully to fix in certain circumstances, hopefully second time lucky! I've also started naming the files without the version number so that for future releases, those following direct links to my web space (rather than clicking the links here) will also get the latest version by default.

2008年1月4日 · Hi everyone, I have done a search but cannot find any info on this - I regularly make overpayments on my mortgage and have online banking which lets me know how much is outstanding on my mortgage on that particular date it just lets me see the total.

2019年1月9日 · My mortgage is with Santander at a fixed rate for 2 years of 1.99% interest. Assuming this product continues for the duration of the payment (I know it will fluctuate in future likely) their rules for these mortgages are you can overpay 10% of the debt owed each year.

2020年8月30日 · I'm after a calculator that allows input of dated one-off overpayments which effect the interest from that day, my mortgage interest is calculated daily and seeing how on target I am with regular over payments and their frequency.
