Do NOT book anything through TripAdvisor, or any of its subsidiaries such as Viator. The “Support Forum” is full of complaints about the lack of customer service, delays in receiving refunds, tours cancelled at the last minute, no call or email when cancelled, people left stranded, etc. Best Regards.

I've read reviews on other sites and am concerned by those mentioning problems with customer service and getting refunds for cancelled flights.
