簡介. 螢光造影或靛花青眼底血管造影是用作檢查視網膜( 眼底)血管狀況,並不是手術。 將螢光素或靛花青作靜脈注射後,透過血液循環,將眼底血管顯現以助醫生作出更準確的診斷及治療。 注意事項 : . 孕婦不宜作此項檢查。 螢光素或靛花青可能引致敏感反應,輕微的會有噁心、嘔吐或出疹現象。 嚴重的藥物反應比較罕見,因此病人如對食物或藥物有過敏反應,請通知醫生,以作出相應的安排。 檢查當日,請依時攜同家人或朋友陪同下作檢查準備。 檢查前 : 可如常進食,無須禁食。 需將眼瞳孔擴張才進行檢查。 檢查時 : 1.造影劑須經靜脈注射進入血管,連接閃光燈之眼底攝影機會攝取一連串之相片,需時通常不超過十五分鐘檢查完成。 檢查完成後 : 若病人稍作休息後並無不妥,即可在家人陪同下回家。
