全人發展課程是一個整全的正規課程，旨在透過教導學生於不同工作崗位所需的關鍵技能， 培養正確的人生價值觀和工作態度，促進學生的個人成長。 全人發展單元希望裝備學生成為高效能的溝通者、自主的終身學習者、負責任的公民及身心健康的全人，以迎接生活上的各項挑戰。 高級文憑課程. 於 2024/25 學年入讀高級文憑課程的學生，必須修讀以下全人發展單元並取得及格成績，方可畢業。 如學生已累積不少於兩年全職工作經驗 (由達到高級文憑課程入學要求起計算)，可申請｢豁免修讀｣，並須進行評核。 若取得及格成績，便能豁免修讀相關單元。
