風熱犯衛證. 主症:發熱或未發熱,咽紅不適,輕咳少痰,口乾。 不寐、情志不舒。 舌質邊尖紅,苔薄或薄膩。 推薦處方:銀翹散加減。 基礎方劑:金銀花10g、連翹10g、桑葉10g、菊花10g、桔梗10g、蘆根10g、荊芥穗10g、甘草5g、苦杏仁10g、蜜枇杷葉10g、黃芩10g、僵蠶5g、浙貝母10g、桑白皮12g 、茯苓15g 、炒酸棗仁10g 、夏枯草10g、 梔子8g。 服法:每日1 劑,水煎400 毫升,分2 次服用,早晚各1次。 如症狀加重,熱勢升高,便秘不暢,舌質暗紅,舌體胖,苔黃膩或黃燥,脈滑數或弦滑。 推薦處方:宣肺敗毒方。
