2022年7月28日 · 如果问题依旧，可尝试重新下载并安装hp smart。方法如下： 打开微软商店--输入并搜索hp smart--点击 获取进行下载。安装时，（第二步）选择暂不登录即可。然后按向导操作--下一步，下一步，直到完成。再次打开hp smart，重新测试即可，谢谢。
