每日 7AM - 11PM 營業時間內， 租戶出入倉庫， 必須依章辦理。 在下列任何一項情況下，本公司得拒絕租戶出入倉庫: 甲、 對出入倉庫申請書上之圖章或簽署式樣有所懷疑. 乙、 租金逾期未繳交. 丙、 租戶違反本規條. 丁、 當八號或以上颱風警告訊號或黑色暴雨警告訊號發出。 有關出入倉庫之圖章或簽署式樣如要更改， 須簽具本公司印備之格式上， 否則無效。 圖章如遺失， 租戶要及早通知本公司， 否則本公司不負任何後果責任。 為保安理由， 本公司得登記進入倉庫之車輛車牌號碼及司機 (或負責人)身份證號碼。 租櫃內所儲物品， 在任何情況下遭受全部或部份損壞， 或基於自然原因而變質， 或遇風雨、水火災害、 暴亂、 行竊、 刑事毀壞、 地震，貨櫃門失靈所阻延而引致之損失， 本公司無須負責。
No, you do not need to sign long-term lease. Customers can load their goods into the container on the same day you sign the lease. Our lease can be as short as 1 month, with 7 days notice to terminate the lease. You can pay the rent in cash, or cheque. You will receive 10% discount if you prepay the rent for 1 year.
