My luggage has been "delayed" for 4 days now in San Francisco International. After tomorrow it will be considered lost. I checked in 2 bags in DAL (Alaska Air) to SFO (EVA AIR) to TPE (EVA AIR) to BKK...but only 1 bag arrived. I made a claim with EVA staff in BKK and received a PIR claim reference.

I called LH on the morning after and they said that I could add bags afterwards, so I booked without bags and then called the LH call center to add bags, mentioned the error code and why I couldn't book online. My conclusion is that the LH web don't allow you to
10 years ago. I cannot recommend turkish airlines. We lost a bag from Houston to Istanbul. We filed a claim at the airport in Istanbul. When we email they never reply or even update us. We have called and they say that they cannot find our claim. This has been a nightmare because of the items in our bag.
