   2024年4月8日 · 租金援助計劃. 我們設有租金援助 (租援)計劃，透過寬減租金 (註一) 援助暫時有經濟困難的公共租住房屋 (公屋)租戶 (註二)。 合資格申請人可獲減四份之一或一半租金。 由2016年9月1日起，減租之年期由一年延長至兩年。 申請人必須符合下列資格，方可獲得租金援助： 居住於新大廈類別的住戶，例如和諧式大廈及1992年或以後落成的樓宇，必須入住單位滿兩年後方可申請租金援助。 然而，受重建影響的租戶，則不受此限制。 居於新大廈類別的非長者租援計劃受助人，如在連續四年接受租金援助後仍需援助，須在有合適單位（註三）時遷至同區租金較廉宜的單位。 至於居於新大廈類別的長者和家有殘疾成員、居於舊大廈類別（寬敞戶除外）的租援計劃受助人，可獲豁免在連續四年接受租援後搬遷至租金較廉宜的單位。
