I am going to Hong Kong soon and want a new camera. I have been looking at the panasonic lumix fz 62 and panasonic lumix fz 200. Prices are approximately £220 and £270 respectively in the UK. Can anyone give any advice on whether to buy in Hong Kong

I was expecting around US prices, however when i check some prices they seem to be at US prices+ 20%. Is this really correct? Hong Kong has no VAT, why is camers much much more expensive than in the US? Or have i just been mistaken when i got the
