Locale Emulator 是運行在Windows 7/8/8.1/10 及以上系統下的一個軟件，可以提供類似NTLEA 和AppLocale 的轉區功能：即將系統區域設置（包括語言，時區，代碼頁等）虛擬為目標系統（例如日本區域）。
步驟 1. 首先下載 Locale-Emulator，解壓縮後點 LEInstaller 將參數設置滑鼠右鍵。 步驟 2. 接著在要執行軟體，點一下按滑鼠右鍵 – > Locale-Emulator – > 以此程式執行。 步驟 3. 若知道這是簡體中文程式，直接在 "位置" 地方切換至 "中文 (簡體)，然後按 "在桌面放置捷徑"。 便可在桌面找到原本亂碼的程式，開啟後可將之前示簡體中文、日文以及韓文顯示亂碼情況，透過 Locale Emulator 進行轉碼動作後，就可以讓系統正常顯示囉！
