   居住情況申報表居住情況申報表. 重要事項. 公屋戶主及所有成員在入住公屋後,每兩年須填報「居住情況及擁有香港住宅物業詳情申報表」,向香港房屋委員會(房委會)申報居住情況及有否擁有香港住宅物業。 公屋租戶在購入香港住宅物業後(簽訂任何協議(包括臨時協議)一個月內),亦必須主動向房委會申報。 根據租約,公屋戶主及其家庭成員在租賃期開始後一個月內,必須搬入該樓宇並須經常持續居住於樓宇內。 濫用公屋而被終止租約的公屋租戶,五年內不得再申請公屋。 公屋租戶如須根據「富戶政策」申報入息及資產,則只須填報「居住情況申報表」。 拒絕申報或沒有在指定日期內申報的公屋租戶,其公屋單位的租約可被終止。 申報須知.
