Dosage/Direction for Use. Adult >15 yr Initially 1 cap once daily for the 1st mth followed by 1 cap bd from the 2nd mth onwards. Usual Dose: 1 cap bd. Patients w/ severe renal insufficiency (CrCl <30 mL/min) ½ adult dose.
