I'm aware of japan guide, which seems to reference the Japan Weather Association's tenki.jp resource. And also the Japan Meteorological Corp website. I also came across hanami walker, which seems to refer to Weathernews.

I've gone to the website many people have recommended, https://www.jma.go.jp/jma/indexe.html but I don't see where to get a 2 week forecast for specific cities.

Since the jnto.go page references Japan Weather Association; the forecast should be updated. According to the today's Japan Weather Association page, March 13 is the current update. Full blooming in Tokyo will be March 25, 9 days earlier than average

2023年4月21日 · Is there a particular weather app for Japan that is more reliable? In the US I use Weather Underground which gives very good forecast (temperature, rain volume, wind speed) for the week. I know I can just use Apple one which is based on Weather channel, but wondering if there is another one used in Japan.
