2024年3月8日 · 消委會於2021年曾測試40款牛奶及牛奶飲品，結果顯示各樣本的衞生程度令人滿意，惟提醒由於樣本間的三大營養素包括蛋白質、鈣質和脂肪含量差異大，市民須慎閱標籤，特別是屬「高鈣」產品，樣本之間的鈣質含量也可相差近1倍。 消委會是次請來「早餐界KOL」張敬軒分享：「 」 消委會是次測試從超市、食品店及百貨公司蒐集了40款牛奶及牛奶飲品樣本進行測試，在微生物測試方面，經巴士德消毒法的樣本「M&S Food」英國全脂奶檢出20個細菌菌落，符合以上標準。 而在營養素含量測試中，測試結果顯示，除了2款牛奶飲品樣本「明治CP-meiji」新鮮牛奶飲品及「子母」天然純牧- 高鈣較低脂牛奶飲品，每100毫升的蛋白質含 量分別只有2.1克及2.5克，其餘樣本均屬「蛋白質來源」食物。
Meet Our Cows. Our Jersey cows graze freely in fields of fresh green grass on the Island of Jersey. They have access to open air throughout the year and spend most of the late Spring, Summer and early Autumn months at pasture.
At Jersey Dairy we have 12 farms providing us with 14 million litres of fresh Jersey milk every year. We are a farmer owned co-operative which means our dairy farmers play an important role in every aspect of the milks journey, from “grass to glass”.
