14 years ago. Hello. My wife loves afternoon tea, looked across the net and have seen the Peninsula does afternoon tea, its quite costly at 3800 yen each. I stayed at the Pen only one time and they messed up pretty good and I can't recommend this hotel either. The Mandarin Oriental on the other hand is always great in all aspects. I highly recommend it.
