2020年12月17日 · 17 Dec 2020. 1964年世界卫生组织（WHO）对心脏康复的定义：确保心脏病患者获得最佳的体力、精神、社会功能的所有方法的总和，以便患者通过自己的努力在社会上尽可能恢复正常的功能，过主动的生活。 心脏康复内容：医学评估、运动训练、心理咨询、营养咨询、教育及危险因素控制等方面的综合医疗，其中运动训练也称为运动康复，是心脏康复的基石，因此，称之为以运动为核心的心脏康复。 研究证据表明，以运动为核心的心脏康复对慢性心力衰竭具有众多益处，目前均被国内外各大指南推荐，在国内临床实践中得到了积极推动。 鉴于近年来国内外心力衰竭心脏康复在理念及方法方面均取得了最新研究进展，中国康复医学会心血管病预防与康复专业委员会组织相关领域专家撰写本共识，以期进一步推动中国慢性心力衰竭心脏康复的发展。
