ly.com seems to be a Mandarin or Cantonese language website rather than an arline booking site. In any event, the fares you found at wego.com may not be live fares available for purchase. I think it's too early to book for May 2019, but if you must do so now then go only to the airline's website to make the booking.
That's useful information. As for your comments, przyk, clearly I am listening here. There's nothing else listed about this company Vio.com on Tripadvisor forums, as they recently changed their name. By alerting people to their behavior I can help prevent others from being scammed by them.
