2021年5月31日 · 新聞公報. 兩名業主不遵從清拆令分別被判罰款約二十一萬元及十六萬元. 最近修訂日期： 2024年1月11日. 分享. 兩名業主由於不遵從根據《建築物條例》（第123章）發出的清拆令，上周分別在粉嶺裁判法院及東區裁判法院被定罪及罰款約二十一萬元及十六萬元。 第一宗個案涉及兩張清拆令，與大埔安富道一幢商住大廈兩個毗鄰住宅單位的若干違例平台搭建物有關，該些搭建物面積共約120平方米，均作出租用途。 第二宗個案的清拆令涉及港島白建時道一幢獨立屋的若干僭建物，該些僭建物位於樓宇後面、天台及樓梯蓋頂，面積共約80平方米。 該些僭建物並無事先獲得屋宇署的批准及同意，屋宇署遂根據《建築物條例》第24（1）條向業主發出清拆令。 由於有關業主沒有履行清拆令，故遭屋宇署提出檢控。
