本計劃設定的基本投保條件是在保單年度內受保人必須居住於香港特別行政區或澳門特別行政區6個月或以上。 如客戶於本計劃保單年度內居住香港特別行政區或澳門特別行政區少於6個月，可作出申請，並於投保書或書面更改通知內作出相關聲明，中銀集團保險將為該申請作個別核保、修改條款及保留拒絕該申請的絕對權。 受保人若更改居住國家/地區，必須即時以書面通知中銀集團保險。 中銀集團保險有權保留終止保單絕對權，終止保單日期將按自更改居住國家/地區日期起計。 中銀集團保險不會退還任何已繳保費，亦保留要求受保人償還已付的索賠款項之權利。 在本計劃的任何索償階段，如發現受保人在更改了居住國家/地區之前，並未即時以書面通知中銀集團保險，將不獲任何索償。
