Hokkaido in March. 6 years ago. Save. We are planning to visit Hokkaido around March 27 - April 1. I checked the weather is around -1 to 7 degrees. Is there still snow? Is it still nice to visit Hokkaido during March as most events are I think in January-February. Any suggestions on which places to visit/things to do during March?
