I've gone to the website many people have recommended, https://www.jma.go.jp/jma/indexe.html but I don't see where to get a 2 week forecast for specific cities.

I see where I can find it by prefecture, but not individual cities.
2024年5月3日 · May is changeable. A lovely time of the year.... but you might get 3 days of sunshine, then a day or 2 of rain. It depends on the weather coming from the mainland (China and Russia) from the west and from the southeast (Pacific Ocean). Plan for everything - from short sleeves, long sleeves, light jacket to a rain parka.

2024年5月1日 · Weather-wise, May is ideal for travelling in Japan. Temperatures are comfortably warm but not hot - average around 18 to 22C, occasionally 25C. While it can rain, it's unlikely to last more than a day (get an umbrella), and it's outside the main typhoon season
