Save. Booked a couple of tours and services with KKday. Their service makes everything more convenient and hassle-free. And of course, its cheaper to book through them, especially if you're looking for tickets to theme parks.
I just found Kkday app by chance trying to book a tour for my family in Hokkaido and now searching for reviews. The conclusion is, they are totally not reliable. 90% people gave bad reviews. I am sorry for your experience but thanks for sharing
On klook vs Kkday, I have used klook in past and found no issues and I think kkday more expensive than klook. You can still book klook tour if you want hassle free travel around sites or else use easy day and DIY.
On our visit to Tokyo we booked a day tour of Nikko (Japan’s World Heritage Site Day Tour: Nikko Tosho-gu Shrine, Lake Chuzenji, Kegon Falls and Kinugawa Hot Springs). We made booking for this tour on kkday website ( www.kkday.com) & paid in advance.
