Sometimes McAfee utilities come pre-installed on PC's, if you are using Windows 11 Security you are fully protected and you do not need any more protection and you can safely uninstall that McAfee utility.

Paste this into Command Prompt and press Enter: REG DELETE "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender" /v DisableAntiSpyware. Wait for that command to complete, then restart (not shut down) your PC.
