Always best to pack extra medications that you need for your health. Also remember that dosages are different in China. Many of the pain meds, such as pandadol-style (edit: panadol that is.. lol.. not PANDAdol :) hehe) meds are actually lower dosage per pill

You can take panadol, nurofen etc, but you can also get it there and at a lesser cost. Leave the raspberry cordial at home, It is of little use to any bugs that are around that are causing mile diarrea.
2024年4月13日 · Tylenol タイレノール and acetaminophen アセトアミノフェン are common names for panadol in Japan. It is available OTC in Japan but they might not be as strong as what you are used to as Japanese OTC meds often have lower doses.
