2023年10月13日 · UPDATE: As of 4:07 PM MT, Empire Builder Train 8/28, which departed Seattle (SEA)/Portland (PDX) on 10/11, is back on the move operating approx.1hr 20mins late. I'm not quite certain how to interpret that.
