租置屋 VS 綠置居. 假如您現為租置屋邨住戶，您可是「人生贏家」，既可選擇買「租置屋」，又可以抽「 綠置居 」，更可以免補地價買居屋。 租置屋和綠置居皆為公屋銷售計劃，分別如下： 租置計劃資格. 只要您現居於租置屋邨單位，並擁有公屋戶籍，便能隨時申請購買現居公屋單位，由租轉買，租戶變業主，無額外的入息和資產限額。 不過，如果您因 公屋扣分 而被房委要求遷出及終止租約，收回公屋單位，便不能申請由租轉買。 如非為租置屋邨住戶也不用氣餒，房委會為了更快清走「貨尾」，租置屋的出售對象將擴至所有綠表人士，不再局限於參與屋邨中的公屋住戶。
