If you choose a payment plan during checkout, Airbnb credits, coupons or gift cards will be applied first before the payment plan amount is calculated. Coupons, credits or gift cards cannot be applied to the second payment or any future payments. E.g. Say you booked a trip for a total of $200 USD and you have $50 USD gift credits on your account:
Go to Calendar and select a listing. Select Tools at the top of Calendar. Navigate to the Base price section under Pricing. Switch the Smart Pricing toggle. Once toggle is on, enter a minimum and maximum price. Tap Save. To turn off Smart Pricing, follow the steps above and use the toggle to disable Smart Pricing.
Price breakdown for a trip: Go to Calendar and select a listing. Select one night or continuous nights in Calendar. Click on Guest total to access a price breakdown for the nights selected. Additional fees you set including cleaning are excluded from nightly price breakdown. Airbnb’s guest service fee may change with booked trip information.
Pay for a monthly stay. For a monthly stay (28 nights or more), you’ll be charged a first month payment and the rest will be collected in monthly instalments.
If you need to split up your payment, you can as long as your stay is eligible and there’s a payment plan option at checkout.
