MUSCLE PAIN AND MASSAGE THERAPY. Most body pain is muscle pain. Our muscular system forms a vast network in our body that controls our posture and creates and controls movement. Muscles can be overloaded through trauma, awkward movement patterns and chronic stress. Then our muscles “talk” to us in uncomfortable ways.
Massage therapy benefits are remarkably effective when used as part of a preventative care program. Some examples of general wellness care include pre or post-natal care (pregnancy), infant massage, stress management, sports training, injury prevention and performance enhancement.
PRIVATE RATES. Your Initial Appointment can be booked as either 45 or 60 minutes. This appointment will include an interview, assessment, and treatment. The cost of your subsequent treatments will vary on the length of your session. 30 minutes – $70. 45 minutes – $100. 60 minutes – $120. 90 minutes – $180.
