Hi, i've purchased Taiwan's high speed rail tickets from KKday before. It was a really good experience, and being able to book the tickets online saved me a lot of time when I was there on the actual day. Of course, the best part was that it's 20% cheaper than the ones over the counter.
On klook vs Kkday, I have used klook in past and found no issues and I think kkday more expensive than klook. You can still book klook tour if you want hassle free travel around sites or else use easy day and DIY.
2024年5月17日 · Having used both, I would say, for good service and peace of mind, use KKday. They are a better agent. If your purchase is straightforward and really no need for further help, and if price is really much cheaper then go for klook but be prepared for a nightmare if things go wrong.
Been an avid user of KKday. Their customer service personnel replies relatively fast, and my experience with them has been great thus far. If you're looking something for Bangkok, I've been on a 1-day Amphawa private tour with them.
Unlike some of you on this forum, we had a terrible experience with KKDay. Last year, while in Taiwan, we booked a English speaking tour to Taichung and Sun Moon Lake. It turned out our tour guide did not know how to speak English. Even worse, we were stood up and never picked up for the tour.
