1. Re: car rental? 16 years ago. Save. Self-drive in HK is more trouble than it's worth, what with lack of parking, traffic jams, one-way streets, and brilliant public transport. Most people seem to organise chauffeur-driven vehicles through their hotels, and 5678 has also given a recommendation if you search the forum. Report inappropriate content

I am interested in renting a small car to self-drive for just one day and I wonder if anyone can please recommend a reliable, affordable company. I have done some research and there seems to be very few options and the ones I have found are quite expensive.
