They were just an agent and I actually rented from 遊客邦/Unite Traveler, which seems to be a big company having a booth there. The staffs are kind, their service was great.
Booked a day bus package but was cancelled by KKDAY with the reason it was fully booked although the seat were still available while booking at their website. The frustrated part is they don't even border to offer other dates and expect me to book again with other dates which I did. 2 days later, they cancelled again with the same reason.

If you are purchasing something that require follow-up or even may need to contact the agent, buy from KKday.

Has anyone booked day trips with kkday in Taiwan? This is an online platform allowing users to connect to the local tours and seems to be founded in Taiwan.. So they have very extensive tour options in many part of Taiwan. Can anyone share your experience with them? It seems much cheaper than getting renting a private car with a local driver..
