You can change your listed price by sending the guest a special offer . If the guest accepts your custom price, the reservation will be confirmed automatically. You can change the pricing of a confirmed reservation by submitting a change request or sending a special offer for a pending request.
Decide how many extra guests you can accommodate. You can add a fee for each guest you’re willing to host beyond your normal limit. So, if the number of guests you’ve set in your Listings is 4, you can charge extra for the 5th and 6th guests and so on up to your comfort level.

Set pricing on desktop. Go to Calendar and select the listing you want. Find pricing and availability settings. Find Discounts under pricing section. Enter your discount amount and click Save. If you want to charge less for longer stays, you can set a weekly and/or monthly discount.
