2024年5月6日 · Sanja Matsuri 2024. May 6, 2024, 12:36 PM. Hi all, We will be in Tokyo from May 16 to May 20, which falls around the same time as Sanja Matsuri this year. We would like to experience it, but since we’re in town for only 4 days, we only want to reserve 1 day for it. I looked at the schedule online and couldn’t figure out which day is best to go.

If you intend to travel on long distance trains, you will need to fix and itinerary and book ahead. Also, finalize your plans so you can book hotels ASAP.

We would be landing into Kansai International (29th June - Morning) and leaving Tokyo from Haneda International (7th July - Midnight).

Hi, I booked a trip to Okinawa central end of May and it looks like it’s going to rain every day (thought it was shoulder season when I booked…). How bad are the rainy days typically? Is it a short shower and then it’s fine or does it rain all day?
