Hutchgo Hong Kong is a SCAM company. My ticket was cancelled in February 2020 due to Covid19 situation. China air refunded my ticket in March to Hutchgo. End of June 2020 Hutchgo still lie about refund status and have no intention to refund airticket to my credit card.

Save. This website is a scam. They will steal your money and when you ask for a refund they will say that their internal fee is the value of your ticket. PLEASE avoid at all costs! I have tried emailing them and asking for a full refund and they keep changing their excuse.
1 year ago. I had a terrible experience with Hutchgo. I booked a flight ticket via Hutchgo but when I checked in online near flight day and found out the ticket was not valid. I sent emails to Hutchgo many times for support but did not receive feedback.
Re: Hutchgo.com. 1 year ago. The airlines set cancellation and change policies and there may be nothing the booking agent can do to change that. Or it could be Hutchgo can cancel the reservation and will simply keep your money. It seems like that is what happened to a lot of the people complaining on this thread.
