From a computer, install the print driver. Note: For more information, see "Installing the printer software". Open Printers & scanners, and then click Add a printer or scanner. Depending on your printer connection, do one of the following: Select a printer from the list, and then click Add device.
Click the icon of the printer you want to use. On the [File] menu, click [Printing Preferences...]. The [Printing Preferences] dialog box appears. Make the settings you require, and then click [OK]. The setting is temporarily registered as [Unregistered] in the [One Click Preset List:] area.
