1 review. Booking Air Tickets via Zuji.com? 10 years ago. Hi All, Have anyone tried booking air tickets via Zuji before? I usually booked all my flights via Expedia, and so far so good. But I noticed that Zuji's pricing seems to be much more cheaper, and they do have a range of airline that doesn't reflect in Expedia.

I am not usually one to complain, but I was so angry at the service provided by online company Zuji that I felt compelled to warn others and yes, you could say get some revenge via word of mouth to other travellers!

I booked through ZUJI Hong Kong for a round trip from Hong Kong to Luxembourg, with a stop in Heathrow. Connection time was more than acceptable (around 3 hours), so I was happy to book. I booked end October 2014 for flights departing end May 2015. Plenty of time! 2 weeks later, the Heathrow-Luxembourg flights are rescheduled.
